Mara Manchek, Director of Sales Support & Marketing, BSI & SMART SPACES
As the Director of Sales Support & Marketing, Mara works closely with account executives on prospecting strategies. Furthermore, she creates impactful deliverables to convey the BSI & SMART SPACES message - defining processes, identifying differentiators and experience, and aligning messaging with client goals. Mara collaborates with internal teams to develop the project approach, discuss solutions, and provide the final submittal. BSI has been dedicated to exceeding client expectations while reinventing the way people work since 1947. We transform workplaces through innovative and integrated design solutions, empowering businesses to create functional, inspiring, and productive environments.

Julie Huval, FSMPS, CPSM is the owner of Marketing Operations Advisor and helps companies improve the business of marketing. Based in the Dallas area, Julie has been in the AEC industry for 20 years and has grown marketing departments and companies during her career. She is a sought after industry author and public speaker on marketing, technology, and business leadership.

LeAnn Briggs is the Senior Marketing Coordinator at THP Limited, where she leverages her extensive experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to drive impactful marketing strategies. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cincinnati, LeAnn combines her academic prowess with practical insights to enhance THP Limited’s market presence.
In addition to her role at THP Limited, LeAnn is the President of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She also holds the Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation from SMPS, highlighting her expertise and dedication to the marketing profession.
 With 8.5 years of experience, LeAnn has developed a keen understanding of industry dynamics and client needs, making her an invaluable asset to her team and the broader professional community.
