Speaker Pres Kabacoff, Executive Chairman with HRI Properties, Inc.

Attorney and Real Estate Developer, Pres Kabacoff is Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of HRI Properties (HRI). Since its Inception in 1982, HRI’s pursuit has been to rebuild communities and recreate entire neighborhoods throughout the country. This pledge is reflected in HRI’s Mission Statement: 

“Revitalizing Cities by Creating Diverse, Vibrant and Sustainable Communities.”

Pres Kabacoff is active both nationally and regionally in the issues of urban policy, regionalism, conservation in land use, historic preservation and the long-term health of our economy. He seeks to help identify local and national critical issues and opportunities and to create a blueprint for the future based on mutual trust and consensus.
