Julie Perrault - Company Spokesperson & Publicist - Raising Canes

With more than twenty years of experience in marketing, Julie Perrault has been working with Raising Cane’s since 2003 when the restaurant company had only 10 restaurants. Thirteen years and 250 restaurants later she has been involved in all aspects of Cane’s marketing including branding, design, media placement, public relations, social media and more. She currently serves as the company Spokesperson and publicist to the Founder and CEO Todd Graves. In addition to her work with Cane’s, she has been a freelance marketing consultant since 2000 specializing in retail and restaurants. She is a graduate of LSU’s Manship School of Mass Communication.

Beth Ardoin - Senior Executive VP & Director of Communications - Iberia Bank

Beth Ardoin is senior executive vice president and Director of Communications. Her responsibilities include marketing, public relations, corporate real estate and human resources for IBERIABANK.  Founded in 1887, IBERIABANK is a subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation.  With approximately $20 billion in assets, IBERIABANK Corporation is the largest bank holding company headquartered in Louisiana, and employs more than 3,000 experienced banking professionals and associates.  Prior to joining IBERIABANK in 2002, Mrs. Ardoin was publisher of The Times of Acadiana, a weekly news publication owned by Gannett Company, Inc.  She is a member of the board of directors of the New Orleans Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.  For three years, she served as co-chair of Opus Christi Magnum, the annual fundraiser for Lafayette Catholic Service Centers, and is a former member of the boards of Big Brothers/Sisters, the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, and Acadiana Outreach Center.  Ms. Ardoin received her B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in 1991, a certification from the American Bankers Association School of Banking and Marketing in 2005 and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Program in 2014. 

Carrie Esposito - Director of Advertising & Marketing at Associated Grocers, Inc.

As Director of Advertising and Marketing for Associated Grocers, Inc. in Baton Rouge, Carrie is responsible for making recommendations for go-to-market strategies for the independent retailers that her company services. Her team develops weekly advertising plans, assists with design and creation of circulars as well as any additional marketing materials that retailers may need to promote events that are ongoing at their individual stores. Additionaly, her team is responsible for corporate communications, event planning and sponsorships, trade show event planning, private label marketing support and many other things that help to support our mission statement--The Support and Success of the Independent Retail Grocer!
